TILES APARTMENT - BY MAYORAL is located in Alfama. It was in this neighbourhood where traditional Portuguese Fado music was born. In terms of both architecture and landscaping, Alfama is where you will find some of the most beautiful sights! Especially many old buildings by the Tagus River!

This apartment is located just 100 meters from the Tagus River, near subway/metro stations (Terreiro do Paço and Santa Apolónia), and close to bus and tram lines #15 and #28. Parking is also available on the street. From this vantage point, it is easy to move around the city while enjoying the most important monuments, the best restaurants, wonderful shopping areas and the coolest nightlife.

The concept for this apartment was inspired by the glorious 18th century tiles “azulejos“ in the living room. By using simple yet refined materials, we tailored the predominantly white decor into this context.
